Low-Fat, Low-Calorie Swordfish with Salsa
Title: Low-Fat, Low-Calorie Swordfish with Salsa Categories: Barbara3 Yield: 1 servings 3/4 c Teriyaki sauce 2/3 c Sherry 4 ts Mined garlic 2 ts Minded fresh ginger 2 ts Sesame oil 6 Swordfish steaks; 1 inch -thick Salsa; (recipe below) Combine first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Set aside to cool. Place fish in a shallow baking dish in a single layer. Pour marinade over fish. Marinate at least 1 and a half hours, turning often.
