1 pk Orange gelatin; (8 oz)
1 c Boiling water
1/2 c Cold water
1/2 c Shredded carrots
1 cn Crushed pineapple; drained
-(8 oz)
2/3 c Chopped pecans
1/2 c Flaked coconut
1/3 c Chopped celery

Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl. Add cold water
and chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg white. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Pour mixture into lightly oiled 4-cup mold. Chill until firm.
Unmold onto lettuce lined serving plate.
