Title: Mango Coriander Salsa Categories: Sainsbury's, Sainsbury15 Yield: 4 servings 1 lg Mango; peeled and chopped ; into 1cm (1/2 inch) ; pieces 2 tb Red onion; finely chopped 1 ts Freshly chopped red chilli 3 tb Lime juice 1 lg Pot coriander; leaves only; -chopped 1 ts Tamarind 2 ts Caster sugar 1 ds Fish sauce 1/2 ts Sesame oil 1 tb White wine vinegar 25 g Ginger; finely chopped ; (1oz) Salt and freshly ground -black pepper Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. If you require a finer salsa it can be blended in a food processor or with a hand blender. Refrigerate until required. Converted by MC_Buster.
