2 c Mango; peeled and diced
2/3 c Red bell pepper; chopped

3 tb Tequila
2 tb Orange juice
1 tb Jalapeno; seeded and minced
2 ts Mint; chopped
1/2 ts Salt

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Cover and chill. Yield:
2 cups (serving size: 1/2 cup).
