2 Mangos; peeled, pitted,
; diced
1 Red onion; diced
1/2 Red bell pepper; seeded,
-diced
1/3 c Fresh lime juice
1 Jalapeno; minced
1 tb Cumin seeds; roasted and
-ground
3 tb Cilantro; fresh, finely
; chopped
Salt and black pepper to
-taste

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Salsa will keep in
refrigerator for 2 days.
