Title: Marinated Cole Slaw

----------------------------------DRESSING----------------------------------
1/4 c Olive oil
1/4 c Vinegar
1 ts Salt
2 ts Sugar
Black pepper
1/8 ts Tabasco sauce

---------------------------------COLE SLAW---------------------------------
1 md Head cabbage, shredded
1/2 Green bell pepper, chopped
1 c Mayonnaise
8 Celery stalks, chopped
1 sm Onion, grated

Mix dressing ingredients. Combine cole slaw ingredients and toss with
dressing. In a covered container, refrigerate overnight. When ready to
serve, mix cole slaw with mayonnaise. Yield: 10 to 12 Prep Time: 30
