1/2 c Celery; sliced
1/2 c Cucumber; sliced
1/2 c Carrot; sliced
1/2 c Radishes; sliced
1/2 c Italian salad dressing
5 c Salad greens; torn

This tasty dish uses less sugar, salt and fat.

In a large bowl, combine the celery, cucumber, carrots and radishes. Add
the dressing and refrigerate for 1 hour. Just before serving, add greens
and toss. Diabetic Exchanges - using light salad dressing = 1 vegetable,
1/2 fat; also, 44 calaries, 216 mg sodium, 2 mg cholesterol, 5 gm
carbohydrate, 1 gm protein, 3 gm fat. Taste of Home - June/July 1994
