Marinated Shrimp with Corn Salsa
Title: Marinated Shrimp with Corn Salsa Categories: Home1 Yield: 1 servings 12 lg Shrimp 1 Lemon; zest of 4 Garlic cloves - minced 1 Serrano chili - seeded; -diced 1/4 c Cilantro - chopped 2 tb Olive oil Salt and pepper Directions: Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails on. In a large bowl toss together the shrimp, zest, garlic, chili, cilantro and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour to marinate.
