Melon Salad with Balsamic Vinegar
Title: Melon Salad with Balsamic Vinegar Categories: Dujour02 Yield: 1 servings L/3 cup balsamic vinegar 4 ts Sugar; or more to taste 1 L/3 pint raspberries 2 sm Ripe melons; (about 1 pound) Mix vinegar and sugar in a bowl. Pick over raspberries and add them to the bowl, stirring to mix with the vinegar. Trim the ends of the melon, cut them in half and scoop out the seeds. Fill the halves with raspberries and juice, cover loosely with plastic wrap and chill at least 20 minutes. Yield: 4 servings Converted by MC_Buster.
