3 lb Ground lamb
1 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Cumin
2 ts Coarsely ground black pepper
4 ts Paprika
1 1/2 ts Cayenne
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Pomegranate juice
1 1/2 ts Minced garlic
1 ts Dry ginger
1 ts Thyme leaves

Mix together all ingredients, stuff into casings, and twist into 5-inch
lengths. You can use those recipes probably also for venison,if you add
some ground up fat.
