Mesclun Salad
Title: Mesclun Salad Categories: New, Vegtime5 Yield: 4 servings 6 c Mesclun greens; rinsed 10 Cherry tomatoes; (yellow or -red), ; halved 1 sm Red onion; slivered 1 sm Cucumber; sliced 2 md Carrots; shredded 1/2 c Alfalfa sprouts Balsamic vinegar; or your -favorite Salad dressing Place greens in center of large salad bowl; arrange vegetables around edge. Just before serving, drizzle vinegar or dressing over top of greens and vegetables. Serve with crusty French bread.
