Mesclun Salad
Title: Mesclun Salad Categories: September 1 Yield: 1 servings 1 lb Mesclun; (mixed baby ; greens)*, rinsed ; and spun dry 1/4 c Extra-virgin olive oil 1 1/2 tb Champagne vinegar* or other -wine vinegar *available at specialty foods shops and some supermarkets In a large bowl toss mesclun with oil and drizzle with vinegar.
