4 lg Tomatoes - skinned and
-finely chopped
4 Spring onions - finely
-chopped
1/2 ts Schwartz Crushed Chillies
1/2 ts Schwartz Garlic Granules
2 ts Schwartz Coriander Leaf
1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Lime juice or lemon juice

Mix all the ingredients together and chill until required. Serve with
grilled or pan-fried meats, as a dip with tortilla chips or to accompany
Mexican dishes.
