1 lb GROUND PORK
1/2 lb GROUND BEEF
1/4 c ONIONS, finely chopped
1 lg GARLIC CLOVE, PRESSED
1 tb WATER
2 ts WHITE VINEGAR
1 ts SALT
1 ts CHILI POWDER
1/2 ts GROUND CORIANDER
1/2 ts GROUND CUMIN
1 ds CINNAMON
1 ds TABASCO

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS, MIXING WELL, THEN SHAPE INTO TWO ROLLS AND WRAP IN
TRANSPARENT WRAP. REFRIGERATE. WHEN READY TO SERVE CUT OFF THICK SLICES AND
FRY OR BROIL.
