Mexicano Cocktail
Title: Mexicano Cocktail Categories: Toohot05 Yield: 6 servings 1 1/2 lb Yellow watermelon; seeded, -and ; cut into chunks 6 oz Aged blue Agave tequila 6 Ice cubes; crushed 1 c Water; or to taste 6 Sprigs Fresh mint; for -garnish 6 sm Red watermelon spears; for -garnish In a blender, combine watermelon chunks, tequila, ice, and water. Blend until smooth and immediately pour into chilled stem glasses. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint and a red watermelon spear. This recipe yields 6 servings.
