Title: Minced Lamb Kebabs

500 g Minced lamb; (1lb 2oz)
1 Clove garlic; peeled and
-minced
Salt and pepper
3 tb Soft white breadcrumbs
2 tb Chopped fresh parsley
2 Eggs beaten

Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly. Force the mixture on to kebab
sticks so that it is wrapped around the centre section of each stick like a
large sausage. Arrange the sticks across the top of a baking tray so that
the kebabs are suspended and the fat can run out below into the baking
tray.

Put in a hot oven at 190øC/375øF/gas mark 5 for about 20 minutes or until
cooked through and crisp on the outside. Serve hot.
