Minced Lamb Kebabs
Title: Minced Lamb Kebabs Categories: School, Dinners Yield: 1 servings 500 g Minced lamb; (1lb 2oz) 1 Clove garlic; peeled and -minced Salt and pepper 3 tb Soft white breadcrumbs 2 tb Chopped fresh parsley 2 Eggs beaten Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly. Force the mixture on to kebab sticks so that it is wrapped around the centre section of each stick like a large sausage. Arrange the sticks across the top of a baking tray so that the kebabs are suspended and the fat can run out below into the baking tray.
