Title: Mixed Seafood Salad with Fresh Wasabi Vinaigrette

Yield: 4 servings

2 tb Fresh grated wasabi
(can substitite with 1 tbspn
-fresh
Horseradish and 2 tspns
-wasabi powder)
1 tb Thin soy sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
1 ts Sugar
1/3 c Canola oil
Salt; to taste
1/4 lb Picked crab meat
2 Lobster tails; cut in halves
12 lg Shrimp; peeled, deveined
4 c Mizuna
4 Ripe Roma tomatoes; sliced
1 pk Daikon sprouts

In a bowl, mix wasabi with soy sauce, juice and sugar. Whisk in the oil.
Mix with seafood, mizuna and tomatoes. Check for seasoning. Garnish with
daikon sprouts. This recipe yields 4 servings.
