1 1/2 ts Curry powder
1 1/2 ts Coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Dried thyme
1/2 ts Currants
1/2 c Pomegranate juice
1 ts Minced garlic

Mix together all ingredients, stuff into casings, and twist into 5-inch
lengths.
