Yield: 10 Servings

3 Egg whites
1 1/4 c Water
1/3 c Applesauce
1 Cake mix, lemon/yellow/white

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 2 9" pans w/cooking spray. Mix all ingredients
in mixer at low speed til moistened. Beat at high speed for 2 min. Pour
half the batter into ea of the 2 pans. Bake 30 - 40 min until done. Cool
in pan on rack. & remove.
