Title: Mushroom Burgers

Yield: 8 Burgers

2 lg Eggs
1/2 c Finely chopped onion
2 c Chopped fresh mushrooms
1/2 c Fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c All-purposed flour
1/4 ts Ground thyme
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/2 c Grated medium or sharp
-Cheddar cheese (Optional)
8 Hamburger buns, split and
-buttered

Whisk eggs together in bowl. Stir in onion and mushrooms.

Add next 6 ingredients. Mix well. Shape into patties, using 1/4 cup for
each. Cook in greased frying pan, browning both sides.

Insert patties into buns. Serve with condiments. Makes 8 burgers. Typed in
