2 sl Rye bread
2 oz Cream cheese
4 sl Bacon; grilled until
; crispy
2 oz Smoked salmon
1 Red onion; sliced
2 ts Caper berries
8 Rocket leaves
1 tb Pureed mango chutney

Butter the bread and spread the cream cheese on top on each slice. Add the
rocket, smoked salmon, crispy bacon and sliced red onion. Sprinkle the
capers over the sandwich and finish off with a tablespoonful of mango
chutney on the side.
