300 ml Dosa batter
Oil or ghee
2 tb Mysore chutney; (30 g)
1 tb Butter; (15 g)

HEAT and grease a non stick tawa or a dosa plate. Pour on 75 ml dosa
batter. Mix a little Mysore chutney and butter. Spread it over the dosa.
Fold the dosa in a triangular shape and serve hot with chutney and sambhar.
