Title: Mystery Punch with Frozen Hand Ice Ring Categories: Beverages, Halloween Yield: 16 Servings -------------------------------MYSTERY PUNCH------------------------------- 1/4 c Lemon juice 1 ts Ginger, ground 2 qt Apple cider or juice 3 c Water 12 oz Orange juice concentrate ----------------------------FROZEN HAND ICE RING---------------------------- Food coloring; red, blue or -green Water 1 New, disposable plastic or -rubber glove* *Make sure to use a glove that does not have an inside powdery coating. Mystery Punch: In a large pitcher or glass gallon jar, stir lemon juice and ginger until blended. Add cider, water and orange juice concentrate; stir until well blended. Cover and chill at least 1 hour or until well chilled. Serve in a large chilled punch bowl. Frozen Hand Ice Ring: Add food color to water until desired color. Fill glove with water, fastening end with a twist tie or rubber band. Hang glove from a shelf in the freezer and freeze at least four hours or until frozen solid.
