Title: New Age Sweet Sour Pork Categories: Super1 Yield: 5 servings 600 g Lean Diced Pork 2 tb Low-salt soy sauce 2 tb Chinese five spice 2 tb Peanut oil 1 Red capsicum; chopped 1 Onion; (spanish or brown), ; cut into segments 150 g Beans or snow peas; sliced 270 g Sweet and sour sauce 2 Nectarines or a mango; -sliced Combine pork with soy and five spice, marinate 20 minutes. Heat 1 tablespoon oil over high heat. Quickly sear and toss half the pork 2 minutes. Remove. Repeat with remaining oil and pork. Remove. Toss onion, beans and capsicum. Add pork, sweet and sour sauce, allow to heat through. Finish with nectarines. Serve with steamed rice and wok-fired Asian vegetables.
