Title: Noel Ice Cream Cups

1 qt Vanilla ice cream; softened
1/4 c Chopped pecans; toasted
2 tb Each: red and green
-maraschino
1 ts Vanilla extract
1/2 ts Almond extract
1/2 c M&ms plain chocolate candy
Additional m&ms; chopped

In a medium bowl, combine the ice cream, pecans, cherries and extracts; mix
well. Fold in M&Ms. Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups and freeze for at
least 30 min. Sprinkle with chopped M&Ms.
