1 tb Chopped mint
1 tb Chopped parsley

2 tb Soy sauce
1 1/2 Limes; juice of
Pepper

1 Cook the noodles in boiling water for four minutes or according to the
packet. For the Dressing: Combine all the ingredients together and toss
with the noodles, fennel and herbs.
