Title: Old-Fashioned Egg Salad Categories: Tasteofhome Yield: 4 servings ----------------------------TASTE OF HOME 4/5/94---------------------------- 1/4 c Mayonnaise 2 ts Lemon juice 1 ts Dried minced onion 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper 6 Hard-cooked eggs; chopped 1/2 c Celery; finely chopped In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper. Stir in eggs and celery. Cover and chill. For each serving, spoon about 1/2 cup onto a lettuce leaf or spread on bread.
