90 ml White wine vinegar; (3fl oz)
175 ml Greek olive oil; (6fl oz)
2 tb Fresh oregano; finely
-chopped
Salt and freshly ground
-black pepper

Place the vinegar in a liquidiser and with the motor running gradually add
the olive oil.

Add the oregano, salt and pepper and blend until the dressing takes on a
creamy appearance. Serve immediately or blend again just before serving.
