Title: Orange Chili Oil Categories: Dujour02 Yield: 1 servings 3 Navel oranges; scrubbed 1/2 c Crushed red pepper flakes 2 c Peanut oil 1/4 c Roasted sesame oil Using a vegetable peeler, remove just the orange part of the orange peel. Place it in a nonaluminum saucepan with the remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and simmer gently for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand, undisturbed, until cool.
