Orange Cilantro Salsa
Title: Orange Cilantro Salsa Categories: Toohot06 Yield: 1 servings 4 Oranges; peeled, sectioned 1 bn Cilantro; leaves and stems, -roughly chopped 1 sm Jalapeno chile; stemmed, -seeded, ; and finely diced 1 sm Red onion; julienned 1/4 c Olive oil 1/4 c Red wine vinegar 1 ts Salt 1/2 ts Cracked black pepper Combine the oranges, cilantro, jalapeno, onion, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside. This recipe yields about 1 1/2 to 2 cups of salsa.
