Title: Oregon Hazelnut Dipping Sauce

Yield: 12 servings

1 12 oz. can pineapple juice
1/4 c Cornstarch
2 tb Soy sauce
1/2 ts Instant minced garlic
1/2 c Finely chopped oregon
-hazelnuts

In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients, except nuts. Bring to boil
over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and clear. Just
before serving, stir in nuts.
