Title: Outback Steak House Caesar Salad Categories: None Yield: 1 servings 1 c Mayonnaise 1/4 c Egg substitute 1/2 c Grated parmesan cheese 2 tb Water 1 1/2 tb Lemon juice 1 tb Anchovy paste 2 Cloves garlic; pressed 2 ts Sugar 1/2 ts Coarse ground pepper 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Dried parsley flakes; -crushed fine 2 ts Horseradish 5 tb Extra virgin olive oil 1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Use an electric mixer to beat ingredients for about 1 minute. 2. Cover bowl and chill for several hours so that flavors can develop.
