1/2 ts Finely chopped ginger
1 tb Garlic; finely chopped
2 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Flat leaf parsley
1 Dsp runny honey
1 ts Sesame oil
1 tb Fish stock
1 Finely chopped red chilli

Mix all the ingredients together and leave to infuse for at least half an
hour. Serve with any kind of spring rolls.
