Title: Pan-Fried Sherry Pork

Yield: 4 servings

8 Boneless pork steaks
1 1/2 tb Oil
1 tb Medium-dry sherry
1 Clove garlic
Salt and freshly-ground
-pepper

Peel and roughly chop garlic. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Fry pork
steaks until browned on both sides.

Add in garlic. Fry for one minute. Adde in sherry, salt and freshly- ground
pepper.

Cook until sherry is dissolved. Check pork is cooked through and serve.
