Title: Pasta And Salmon Teriyaki Sauce Categories: Sauces, Japanese, Pasta, Val's Yield: 6 Servings 12 oz FUSILLI OR ROTINI 12 oz SALMON CUT TO 1'' CUBES 1 VEGETABLE SPRAY 1 1/2 c RED OR YELLOW PEPPER, THINLY SLICED 1 1/2 c SNOW PEAS -----------------------------------SAUCE----------------------------------- 1/3 c EACH SHERRY AND WATER 1/4 c EACH OIL,SOYA SAUCE AND BROWN SUGAR 2 1/2 ts EACH GARLIC & GINGER 1 tb FLOUR 2 ts SESAME SEEDS PARSLEY TO GARNISH Cook pasta al dente, drain, put into serving dish. saute salmon to light pink about 4 min. Put on top of pasta. Blanch vegies for 2 minutes and plunge into cold water, pour on top of salmon. Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil simmer about 4 minutes. Pour over salmon pasta dish.
