Title: Pasta Salad with Bacon And Avocado Categories: Jude1 Yield: 1 servings 2 c MAGGI Pasta crests 4 Bacon rashers; cooked and -cut into ; strips 1 Avocado; diced 12 Cherry tomatoes; halved (12 -to 16) 2 tb Capers; (optional) 1 Spring onion; sliced 1/4 c Grated or shaved parmesan 2 tb Parsley sprigs 1/4 c Oil; preferably olive ; oil 2 tb Lemon juice or wine vinegar 1 ts French mustard 1/2 ts MAGGI green herb stock -powder 1 tb Honey Freshly ground black pepper Add the pasta to a large quantity of boiling water and cook for 8 1/2 minutes or until just tender. Drain. Rinse under cold running water, then drain thoroughly. Place the pasta in a bowl with the remaining salad ingredients. Prepare the dressing. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Just before serving, toss the salad with the dressing. Serve immediately.
