6 Peaches; segmented
1/2 pt Freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 Heaped tbsp sugar

In a bowl combine the segmented peaches with the lemon juice.

Sprinkle the peaches with the sugar and leave them in a fridge for 2 hours
before serving, in order that the peaches can release their juices and mix
with the lemon juice and the sugar.
