Title: Peanut Butter Honey Buns

Yield: 8 Buns

8 tb Peanut butter
8 Hot dog buns, split
2 To 3 bananas, sliced
2 tb Honey
8 ts Shelled sunflower seeds, if
-desired

Spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter on bottom half of each bun. Top each
with banana slices; drizzle with honey. Sprinkle 1 tsp. sunflower seeds on
each sandwich. Replace top half of bun. Serve immediately. Yield: 8 buns
