Title: Pepper Parmesan Burgers Categories: Meats, Easy Yield: 4 Servings 1 To 1 1/4 pounds ground beef 1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 c Dry bread crumbs 1/4 c Water 2 ts Black pepper 1/2 ts Salt 4 Hamburger buns, split In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, water, black pepper and salt; mix well. Shape into 4 equal size patties. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add burgers and cook 7 to 9 minutes, or until cooked through, turning occasionally. Serve the burgers on hamburger buns.
