Title: Pineapple Cheese Casserole

Yield: 1 servings

2 cn Chunk pineapple; (20 ounce)
1 c Sugar
6 tb Flour
2 c Sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 Stick butter
1 Roll Ritz crackers; crumbled

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Combine flour and sugar, mix with juice
and stir into pineapple. Add cheddar cheese. Mix well and put into 1 1/2
quart casserole dish. Melt butter, stir in crumbled Ritz crackers and
spread over previous ingredients. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately
30 minutes or until brown.

Jan says this is a simple, but delicious recipe to serve!
