1 Grated rind of pink
-grapefruit
1 Pink grapefruit - inside
-section
1 c Ruby red grapefruit juice
2 c Sparkling apple juice
1/4 c Sugar

Directions: Grate the rind from one pink grapefruit and set aside. Peel and
section the grapefruit meat, removing white membrane. Place grapefruit meat
in a food process and process until finely chopped. Add the grapefruit
juice and grated rind and process until smooth. Pour mixture into a 2 qt.
hand-turned or electric freezer. Add the apple juice and sugar. Stir well
and freeze according to manufacturers instructions. Makes 4.5 cups.
