Title: Potato-Onion Bread (1 1/2 Pound Recipe)

1 1/8 c Water
1 1/2 tb Butter or margarine;
-softened
3 c Bread flour
1/2 c Mashed potato flakes
3 tb Dried onions
1 tb Sugar
1 1/2 ts Salt
2 5/8 ts Yeast

Make 1 1/2-pound recipe for bread machines that use 3 cups flour, or make
1-pound recipe for bread machines that use 2 cups flour.

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the
order recommended by the manufacturer.

Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Do not use delay
cycles. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
