Title: Raspberry-Lemon Chicken

Yield: 4 servings

4 Chicken breast halves
-without skin
1/4 ts Salt; optional
1/8 ts Pepper
1 c Fresh raspberries
1/4 c Water
1 ts Sugar
1 ts Lemon juice
2 ts Cornstarch

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place bone-side up on roasting rack.
MW HIGH 10 min or until no longer pink. Set aside.

In sm. bowl combine berries, water, sugar. Slightly crush berries with
fork. Stir in lemon juice and cornstarch. MW on HIGH 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 min. or
until thickens, stirring once or twice.

MW chicken at HIGH 1 - 3 min. or until hot. Pour sauce over chicken.
