3 c Cooked white rice
1 c Tomatillo sauce or green
-chile sauce
1 cn Black beans
1 c Sour cream
1 c Red salsa
Fresh basil

Spoon 1 cup of rice into glass bowl. Spread green sauce over rice. Add
another 1 cup of rice. Spoon black beans over rice. Spread sour cream over
beans. Spoon remaining cup of rice over sour cream. Spread red salsa over
top. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour. Garnish with fresh basil to
serve. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
