Title: Rice Pudding Brulee Categories: Food networ, Food2 Yield: 1 servings 100 g Pudding rice 50 g Sugar 2 tb Custard powder 1 Lemon; zest of 1 l Sweetened soya milk Icing sugar Place all the ingredients except the icing sugar in a cast iron saucepan and place on a very low heat for 1 1/2 hours. Stir every 15 minutes. Put the cooked rice mixture into ramekins and cover with icing sugar. Place the ramekins under the grill or use a blow torch to caramelise the sugar. Serve immediately.
