Title: Roasted Pepper Dip

1 Jar roasted peppers; drained
-patted dry,
; and finely chopped
; (about (7 ounces)
1/2 Cup)
1 ts Minced garlic
1 ts Salt
1 Container; (16 ounces)
-low-fat
; sour cream

Place all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl; beat with an electric
beater on medium speed until thoroughly blended. Serve immediately or store
in the refrigerator in an airtight container until ready to use.

NOTE: Great as a tossed salad dressing or veggie dip, and also good
dolloped on cooked chicken or meat.
