Title: Remoulade Sauce (The Classic Seafood Dipping Sauce)

1 c Mayonnaise
1 ts Capers
2 tb Green onions; (minced)
1 ds Tabasco Sauce
1/3 c Chili sauce
1 tb Horseradish
1 1/2 tb Creole mustard
1 ds Ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix until a uniform color. Refrigerate. Serve
with chilled boiled shrimp. Makes about 11/2 cups.
