3 tb Olive oil
4 Minced garlic cloves
1 Sliced onion - crescent
-style
6 Sliced mushrooms
2 Thinly sliced carrots
2 Sliced celery stalks
1 Chopped tomato
1/2 lb Shrimp - peeled; cleaned
1/2 lb Scallops
1/2 c White wine
1 tb Oyster sauce
1 tb Soy sauce
1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom
-soup

Directions: In a wok, heat the olive oil until hot. Add the garlic, onion,
mushrooms, carrots, celery, tomato, shrimp, and scallops. Stir fry for 2
minutes. Add the white wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and cover and simmer
for 4 minutes. As an option, you can add cream of mushroom soup. Serve with
rice or pasta.
