1 Clove garlic
2 tb Tahini
1 ts Honey
1/4 c Fresh lemon juice
1/4 ts Ground cumin
1/2 c Olive oil
2 tb Chopped fresh parsley
Salt and freshly ground
-black pepper; to taste

MAKES 3/4 CUP DAIRY-FREE

In blender, combine all ingredients and process until well blended. Tate
for seasoning. Serve over mixed salad greens.
