Shrimp And Spinach Dip
Title: Shrimp And Spinach Dip Categories: Appetizers, Seafood, Vegetables Yield: 3 Cups 3/4 c Cream cheese, softened 1/2 c Chopped fresh spinach 1/4 c Mayonnaise 1/4 c Sour cream 1/4 c Chopped fresh dill 1/4 c Chopped fresh parsley 3 Green onions, chopped 2 tb Lemon juice 1 cl Garlic, minced 1/4 ts Pepper 1 lb Cooked shrimp In blender or food processor, blend cream cheese, spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, parsley, onions, lemon juice, garlic and pepper. Chop shrimp coarsely; add to blender and process until finely chopped but not pureed. Makes 3 cups, about 12 appetizers.
